- Open 8am to 12 midnight for all other visitors
- Closed most of Saturday 28 June - specific hours TBC
*On Friday 20 June 禁漫天堂 Library will close at 12 midnight and opening hours for all will become 8am to 12 midnight 7 days a week.

Staff are usually available to help 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You can find them roaming the building or at the service desk on the ground floor.
